What we would love to be a part of…
- Helping people understand more of who God truly is.
- Seeing deep discipleship happen, watching paradigms shift, and truth transform lives.
- Communicating deep truths in a way that resonates, clarifies, challenges, and gives hope and vision.
- Experiencing deep fellowship with other believers, the power of openness, the reality of victory, and the excitement of serving with Jesus.
- Rejecting language and phrases that leave people like zombies in their seats.
- Doing whatever we can to spur others on to live lives full of purpose and meaning, living for something so greatly beyond themselves.
- Supporting other groups, organizations, ministries, and showing that good causes can be supported by successful businesses.

What we believe
Unity
We are called to unity and love. (Trust us, there are SO many verses about it!) We can’t hope to help others experience the wonder of the body of Christ if we’re not living it out among ourselves. So we go to each other with problems or concerns, admonish, exhort, even rebuke, comfort, and consistently edify. We love each other constantly asking Jesus to show us what it looks like to love one another the way He loves us.
enjoyment vs. drivenness
There’ll always be needs and expectations out there, but that can’t be the main reason we serve, give, or work. We live dedicated lives for the purpose of making God’s awesome glory known. Rather than feeling driven and pressed, we enjoy who God is and the work He is doing, enjoy each other and the people God allows us to serve. If we’re not enjoying it, we need to stop and figure out where our eyes have strayed from Jesus.
no delusions of grandeur
We don’t want to saddle ourselves with “the best” syndrome, compete with other groups, or get caught up in business plans, marketing strategies, and followers. It’s not that we don’t do these things – we want quality that will honor God and use our gifts – but “being the best” can NEVER become the focus or drive. We are real, normal people and the only thing we’re out to prove is how amazing God is, especially in that He can and will actually use people like us!
Kingdom ministry over money
Money is simply a tool or resource to invest in God’s Kingdom; we never want it to drive us.We want to be careful to hold everything openly and help anyone in God’s family however we can, as Jesus leads. We are in this to give, not to build an empire. Business strategy and methodology are used only to be wise stewards, so the Kingdom can be impacted more effectively. Our stuff is God’s and our focus is the Eternal Kingdom.
impact not impress
We want to focus on giving truth and grace that will sweep people towards the presence of Jesus. Insteadof encouraging consumers, we want to inspire committers. We’re not about entertaining, we’re about worship; we’re not all about fun (though we have that too!), we’re about faith. We may lose some people with this perspective, but we’re trusting that those we interact with will want Jesus whether He’s well marketed or not. Jesus is enough, and we want people to know that!
we love gifts!
We want to know, appreciate, hone, and use peoples’ giftings. We also want to acknowledge the weaknesses of each gift openly and to be accountable to each other so that no gift runs rampant or is squelched. No one person has to do it all! The crazy visionaries can’t always be changing the plan; the steady solid ones can’t always veto change. We work together honoring each other’s gifts, learning to communicate with one another, and seeking Christ’s direction.
