What is it about?
This is a gathering of people who want to see God doing great things, who want to have a part in that, who want to make the Glory of God known to other people. This is a chance to collaborate, discuss the needs, pray through the opportunities and get excited about what God can do through even a few people who believe that nothing is impossible for Him. (That sounds grandiose. Honestly, we’re probably more like, “Lord, we believe, help our unbelief.” But hey! That works too!)
We want this to be a time where paradigms are challenged, preconceptions are assaulted, and dreaming big things for the Kingdom is totally great! We’d like this to be a place where, as soldiers of Christ, we spend time with our Commander seeking out strategies to further His Kingdom and get offensive against the forces of darkness.
Activities
- We’d love to have great times of discussion on how we can go about fulfilling Christ’s command to us in our day and age!
- Good singing sessions where we can just enjoy praising Jesus together.
- Sounds ultra-spiritual, but we’d love to try for some serious prayer times where we just have some hash out sessions with God about the things before us and His desires in it all.

The Cost
This year, we’re at the same camp as last year! For housing, food, and activities, the base cost is $235 per person. We want to make it super affordable for everyone, so we’re not just picking random numbers; it’s actually what it costs.
Last year, so many of you were very generous and we were able to help people who wouldn’t have been able to come both last year and this year!
If you feel like chipping in a little extra to help people come, then you can do $250, $275, or whatever!
So our thought is, in order to come, if you can cover the $235, that’s great.
If you feel like kicking in more, then fantastic, that’s amazing!
Here are some of the things it would be used for
Helping pay for people to come who can’t cover the $235. (If that’s you, let us know, and we’ll start praying for Jesus to show Himself strong. Don’t be ashamed of it, it’s just life. We want to get together on seeing how Jesus is going to work in this area. If you want to help people, let us know, and we’ll tell you when we know of someone who needs a hand!)
Snacks, and printed material for our time together. Otherwise, no worries, we have meals, and you can just be extra friendly and learn people’s names without them having name tags!
Then there’s actually the long-term aspect. If we continue after this conference, then there are lots of fun costs involved.
Programs and equipment for putting up YouTube videos, podcasts, hosting the website, paying for domain names, and all that random little stuff.
Design programs for creating the videos, websites and the like.
Putting on future events, overhead and all that.
So that’s the money deal. Since we aren’t backed by any ministry or anything, it’s just us peoples, and whatever God feels like doing

and don’t forget to bring bedding and a towel!
TRAVEL INFO
Airport rides will be available to and from the Minneapolis airport. Fly in on Wednesday by 5 pm, and fly out on Sunday after 12 pm.
Carpooling is also great! We have created a simple form for you to sign up. Click on the register button at the end of this section and follow the instructions.
1. Bring your own vehicle
If you’re planning on bringing your own car, go ahead and click on add a vehicle. You’ll get a cool pop up window that will ask for some of the details of your trip. Go ahead and fill that out. Pay special attention to the number of seats you want to have available on your way to the Gathering and on your way back home. That’s it! Now you’re all set!
* If a friend wants to travel with you, but hasn’t joined your trip through this website, make sure to update their info and the number of seats you have available.
2. Join another vehicle
On the other hand, if you would like to join someone else’s trip then check the seats they have available. These will be marked with a green color. Once you find the one that suits you the best, save your spot by joining their trip (don’t forget you’ll have to do this twice if you’re looking for a round trip).
3. Want to carpool, but can’t find a trip to join?
If you are interested in carpooling with someone, but can’t find any available options for you. You can join the waitlist. This option will be available for you on the right side of the website.
Finally, you guys can contact each other to settle on the details for your trip. Be prepared to bring some extra cash for gas and other travel related expenses (you can talk to your driver about these) and most importantly don’t forget to bring snacks! Snacks are important! You can’t travel without snacks!
